Exhibitor Service portal

This portal will serve as the new exhibitor manual. Via the Service Portal you will get access to the:

– Webshop, which enables you to make extra orders such as furniture, audio & visual equipment, electricity etc
– Online catalogue system, a free tool to get more exposure towards potential visitors
– Marketing dashboard, to make use of our invitation system for your customers, download your unique registration link and receive in one overview who has registered using your unique link.

Within the portal, you ‘ll be able to add and authorize your colleagues and/or stand contractors. This will help to divide the correct responsibilities for the show preparations in your company.

Stand construction

In order to get your stand approved, VIV assembled the Stand construction regulations. You may share this document with your stand builder to avoid design mistakes.

Please upload your booth drawings through the Exhibitor Portal. VIV has created a list with Recommended stand builders. Despite these recommendations you are always free to work with other stand builders.

We prepared a kit for you to download and use on your channels (website, email signature, social media, and other online and printed media that you might use in your marketing mix). You can choose between different formats and sizes according to which artwork fits better with your strategy and your channels.

Via the SERVICE PORTAL, you can access the unique registration link that you can embed in the material provided here and use them in your online campaigns and generate leads before and after the show!

The VIV Asia promotion kit provides you with READY-TO-USE:
