This portal will serve as the new exhibitor manual. Via the Exhibitor Portal you will get access to the:
– General show information.
– Additional promotion for yout participation.
– Webshop, which enables you to make extra orders such as furniture, audio& visual equipment, electricity etc.
Within the portal you can manage your account and authorize your colleagues and/or stand contractor. This will help to divide the correct responsibilities for the show preparations in your company.

In order to get your stand approved, VIV assembled the Stand construction regulations. You may share this document with your stand builder to avoid design mistakes.
Please upload your booth drawings through the Exhibitor Portal. VIV has created a list with Recommended stand builders. Despite these recommendations you are always free to work with other stand builders.
