VIV and Positive Action Publications (including International Poultry Production, International Pig Topics, International Food Hygiene) take up the challenge to map Meat Safety as a special theme at VIV Europe. Alongside the exhibition a dedicated conference is organised where themes and topics such as safety in meat production and processing will be high on the agenda.
The Meat Safety programme at least consists of:
- newsletters prior to the show
- editorial attention in trade magazines prior to the show
- a Meat Safety pavilion during the show
- a Meat Safety Conference during the show
