Prinzen BV – Aalten – The Netherlands offers innovative and efficient solutions for processing and logistical management of hatching- and table eggs. At VIV Utrecht 2010 Prinzen introduces a high capacity egg packer: the SPEEDPACK 110.

With a vast experience of over 25 years in technology for complex egg and tray handling of hatching eggs, Prinzen successfully introduced their latest innovation in the field of high capacity, gentle egg packing for table eggs: the Speedpack 110.The innovative packer sets a new record with a net capacity of 40.000 eggs per hour. Eggs are most gently handled, passing only three transfers from egg collection belt into a 30er fiber or plastic tray. The ergonomic and compact design of the system requires minimum floor space and uses advanced electronic controls in combination with reliable mechanics in a fully stainless steel construction. The system comes with many available layout options to suit various configurations.

The Speedpack 110 completes the Prinzen TIMELINE, the fastest and fully integrated egg handling and logistics system at farm level, consisting of a new tray stacker PS-4 and a fully automated Pallet Loader.

The Prinzen Pallet Loader handles stacks (6 trays high) of the conventional fibre trays as well as the latest plastic trays. The stacks are gently placed on a pallet, containing 10.800 eggs. Dimensionally stable plastic trays are most suitable for automated handling. The trays can be stacked more stable and offer the best possible protection to the eggs. The dividers makes automatic stacking at height very secure and solid. The optimal stability of the entire pallet, formed by the Pallet Loader, does not need to be wrapped with plastic film or nets.
The Pallet Loader can handle the capacity of two parallel installed Speedpack 110 units, which, as a total system, has a net capacity of 80.000 eggs per hour, at an unrivalled small footprint.
