To cope with continuous market changes Pelbo’s R&D, with more than 25 years of experience in egg-breaking, separations and processing, is launching at VIV 2010 a new range of dedicated egg – breaking machines covering processing capacity from 2 up to 500 egg/cases per hour ( from 900 up to 180.000 eggs/hour) for yolk/albumen separation or whole egg production.
New Pelbo’s MICRO 25 has been designed for small – medium in house egg breaking with production capacity from 900 up to 9000 eggs/hour. With its new design and compactness, wheel mounted easy to install, Micro 25 is the best choice for pastry / pasta plants that need to produce high quality and fresh egg based foodstuff. The key component of Pelbo’s egg breaking machines are the well tested egg cracking heads that are installed on every single machine either small or large in Pelbo’s line up.
High capacity egg breaking & separation process requires precise and accurate measurement with optical computer based detection systems and self synchronous servo motors. Digital & optical technology with fully automated process ensure highest yield in the market: Large quantity of egg yolk with very high content of dry matter, minimized whole egg quantity and cleanest egg white. Easy maintenance and cleaning is thus guaranteed by on board multisite washing stations for complete CIP washing session.
All of the above are just some of main features included in new Pelbo’s SYNCHRO 500 egg - breaking/separation machine capable to process 180.000 eggs/hour. The automatic spray system targets each area separately by intelligent separation cup detection to reduce water consumption and treatment costs.
High capacity egg breaking machines need equivalents in feed conveyors. If used in conjunction with in line egg conveyors they need highest filling rate, or when off line, they need dedicated high capacity egg loading systems capable of gentle but skilled egg handling while ensuring continuous loading operations.
Versatility in egg loading is now a must. Due to EU cage ban, egg market is now in unstable situation and reduction in self egg production by egg processors turns into the need of more spot purchase of raw material. This will spread into a huge variety of trays available in the market to be handled by egg loaders.
Due to this market situation, egg loader needs to be able to self adapt to each type of cardboard and plastic tray, creating the need for a New egg loading concept.
Pelbo’s new CRONO ® egg loader has been designed to guarantee smooth and gentle egg handling by reducing time and distance between transportation belts optimizing capacity with precise loading operations even with carton based tray.
CRONO ® egg loader has been designed in 3 main versions from 200 up to 500 egg cases / hour. All operations are totally computer based and heavy duty servo motors are installed for self adjustment and reduced maintenance. It incorporates unique automatic “in process” vacuum cups cleaning/purging and CIP washing for full washing sessions.
