Zhejiang Unirversity Sunny Nutrition Technology Co., Ltd developed a new binder—Sunny binder for pellet feed . It is a kind of polymethylolcarbamide. Comparing with the other binders, it bears the following advantages:

- Low inclusion rate (1-6 kilograms per metric ton of feed). This allows for more room for other nutritional ingredients, offering greater formula flexibility that results in optimum quality feeds for aquaculture.

- Excellent Adhesive Property and dramatically improves pellet stability in water, actual production tests demonstrate that pellets made with Sunny Binder lasted from one to eight times longer in water than pellets made without Sunny Binder.

- Pellets made with Sunny Binder will swell in water, becoming soft and flexible. Softer feeds are more attractive to shellfish and fish; and easier to consume, thus requiring less energy. Unlike other feeds, which swell, pellets containing Sunny Binder will swell yet remain tough and retain integrity, without breaking apart when touched.

- Easy operation and versatile. Directly put the binder into the mixing machine. After the binder is stirred to homogeneous level, the pelleted feed can be produced by steam, and it works in short or long-conditioning systems.

- Good Dainty without peculiar smell and the scent of feed remained

- Wide Scope of Application. It not only can be introduced to the feed for aquatic products but also to the pelleted feed for livestock and poultry.
