Thanks to a specific design, the infeed auger handles the raw fish product very gently with very minimum pressure on it. Also ,the low rotation speed of the auger insures a very small temperature increase. This enables the production of high quality fish meat ideally textured for further processing.
The profile of the hopper and the head body allows 100 % access for cleaning and disinfection which is very easy and quick. The head adjusts to allow for optimum yield to cope with variations in the fish raw product. The separated meat is transferred away and protected in a pipe without the need of an extra pump.
