Roller revision is one of the specialisations of DMT International. Since recently the company has a special revision line. Many types and sizes of roll shelves they have in stock as well as dust covers, roll busses, seals et cetera. “We have made an estimation of the types that we should have on the shelf, so that in all cases we really can help our customers'', said Marc de Man. This revision line is the most modern line of The Netherlands, state father and son De Man.
As often happens in business, the activities of a company are determined by market supply and demand. Years ago several customers asked DMT if it would be possible to supply used equipment. This formed the start of the expansion of the company activities in the used equipment department. At present, the used machines and equipment trade is one of the most important activities of DMT.
The buying and reconditioning of these used machinery has expanded to such a degree that DMT. now buys and dismantles complete mixed feed factories, then rebuilds them after totally reconditioning all equipment.
Pelleting machine maintenance and service:
DMT offers all types of maintenance work on all makes of pelleting mills ranging from oil seal, bearing-belts and changing rollers and dies to complete machine overhauls and refurbishments. This work can be carried out on site or at DMT premises to suit your requirements.
Roller Refurbishment:
DMT is able to refurbish all makes of roller assemblies, changing the roller shells in any kind you desire and any internal parts that need replacing e.g. roller bearings, oil seals, circlips and seal plates etc.
Rotor Replacements:
DMT carry many spare parts including a rotor exchange facility for most makes of pelleting mills i.e. van Aarsen, Bühler, Cpm, Paladin (ADR) and Salmatec. We exchange a fully refurbished rotor for the customer's damaged one and then invoice you for the work required to repair the damaged rotor. This is a worldwide service and we also offer a 24-hour breakdown service in the Benelux and Germany. This service means minimum production loss and machine down-time, thus saving money.
Spare and replacement parts:
DMT supply all spare and replacement parts for the conventional feed and recycling industry.
