CPM Roll Speed Measurement
CPM developed and tested the pellet mill roller speed measurement successfully.
In combination with our famous automatic roller adjust type Lineator, it provides additional information for pelleting management which we did not see before:
1. Automatic “zero - positioning” rollers
2. Improved steam addition control
3. Substantial manipulation of pellet quality
4. Respond to roller under speed before the pellet mill over loads
5. Extra safety against fire at Biomass applications
