Balchem Animal Nutrition and Health is bringing its latest technology for presentation at the 2010 VIV Europe. Balchem’s proprietary microencapsulation technology will be featured with ReaShure® rumen protected choline and the introduction of AminoShure®-L, rumen protected lysine, two products for dairy nutrition applications. AminoShure-L is a breakthrough product, delivering the essential amino acid lysine effectively for ruminant animals, allowing for more precise feeding and improvements in milk component production. ReaShure choline has an extensive research docier, showing its unique properties for improving the health and performance of transition dairy cows. The research has shown when used before and after calving, cows fed ReaShure have improvements in their liver function, creating improvements in the health but also the productivity and fertility of cows.

Balchem is also featuring its world class choline chloride product line including its one of a kind CC 70 product, which for the first time allows premixers to use a highly concentrated source of choline, one that has excellent handling, mixing and storage properties. Balchem’s proprietary drying technology has created a truly unique and valuable product that creates new formulation possibilities as well as an overall better value proposition for customers.
