At VIV Europe 2010 Foodmate wants to present the following equipment:

* Foodmate style compact cut-up series with several new cutting modules, such as the all-new Super wing cutter, the AFS wing cutter (KFC style, new requirements), new high-speed leg processor for medium and big birds etc.

* Display with new overhead system new type flex cut-up system.

* FM 6.50 chicken thigh & drumstick de-boner

* DS 100 thigh de-skinner

* Linear fryer 9 meters long and 1 meter wide

* Stirstar

* Batter and breading machine

Factory tours

Foodmate also plans to arrange tours to production factories where customers can see Foodmate equipment at work. The idea is to have a bus departing the exhibition at the end of the morning and drive towards a poultry processing plant where Foodmate has a flex line, compact line and KFC cut-up line running and where other equipment is being used as well. The tour will then continue to another processing plant with frying equipment and hot air ovens.
